Shipping Policy

Shipping is via courier service of our choice. Ultrex Performance will choose the most suitable delivery method for your product. Delivery costs vary based upon the size, quantity, weight and the postcode the products are being delivered to.

Deliveries will normally be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days of payment clearing. Delivery times can vary depending upon the shipping method used.

Shipping for items under 3 kg is usually via EXPRESS and is overnight to most major cities in Australia. Remote towns and locations can take 2 to 3 days. We CANNOT deliver to a PO BOX so a physical day time address is required where someone is available to sign for delivery.

Shipping for items 3kg or more is sent via road and the courier CANNOT deliver to a PO BOX so a physical day time address is required where someone is available to sign for delivery.

The following is a guide only for expected delivery times:
Deliveries to Perth and surrounding metro area including Mandurah usually takes 2 to 3 days.
Deliveries to the rest of WA can take 5 to 7 business days.
Deliveries to the main cities and towns in SA/VIC/NSW usually takes about 5 business days.
Deliveries to the main cities and towns in Southern Queensland/TAS/ACT usually takes about 6 to 8 business days. Deliveries to the NT normally take about 10 business days.
Deliveries to remote areas in each state take about an additional 2 or 3 days.

Insurance is not automatically included in the shipping cost. There is a shipping with insurance option and a shipping without insurance option in the checkout. We recommend you select shipping with insurance in order to cover loss or damage to your item during transit and we will NOT under ANY circumstances be responsible for loss or damage to your item if you have NOT selected shipping with insurance -  no exceptions.

Ultrex Performance uses an integrated automatic shipping calculation system. On occasions this system may incorrectly calculate the freight rate. If this occurs, we reserve the right to recalculate the shipping cost to the correct level and will contact you to advise the correct rate. Should this occur and you do not wish to proceed with the transaction, we will happily terminate your order and refund any monies paid.

Ultrex Performance can ship internationally however to arrange the most competitive shipping price you will need to contact us so we can arrange a shipping quote.

Return Policy

 

Products may be returned ONLY if they are faulty or have been damaged during shipping and you have selected the optional shipping insurance. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

 

You must apply to ULTREX PERFORMANCE to return any product within 48 hours of delivery clearly explaining the problem with the product.

 

You will be required to return the product to ULTREX PERFORMANCE  within 14 days for our inspection and evaluation.

 

Only products in completely original condition and AS NEW will be considered for return. Products that have been installed, mounted, scratched, or appear used in any way and are no longer AS NEW and in original packaging will not be accepted for return.

 

Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and if deemed faulty, the item will be replaced. If the item is deemed not faulty, you will be required to pay for the return shipping before the item is returned. No refund is available under any circumstances on shipping costs.

 

On VERY rare occasions, we may accept a return due to change of mind if the item is 100% brand new, unused and in original packaging and will offer a store credit less a 20% restocking fee - no exceptions.
